My Devotion sessions are available for motherhood, maternity, family, engagements, and small weddings or elopements. Each session is designed to feel relaxed and intentional, allowing space for genuine connection while documenting this chapter of your life on film. In the busyness of life, time often passes us by and we forget to document the milestones along the way. These photoshoots offer an opportunity to slow down, show up as yourselves, and create meaningful memories that will last a lifetime. "We had so much fun doing our maternity photo shoot with Maria. She was wonderful and we adore our photos. I’d seen Maria’s photography on Instagram and was really inspired by all her photos, especially the double exposure shots. Maria set up a meeting with us to chat through ideas for the shoot. She was super professional and took the time to talk through everything with us including what to wear, props to bring with us (flowers etc), locations, timeline for the shoot, time of day for best lighting, and a plan for creating a mood board. I loved the whole process and felt super comfortable because of Maria’s warm personality, experience & organisation. It was winter time in Perth and we wanted a beach maternity shoot, so we needed to wait for a weather window. Maria was super patient and flexible with the timing to get our perfect weather, which we were so grateful for. We ended up scoring a glorious afternoon in June and went down to Cottesloe Beach and Leighton Beach for the shoot. We set up a big picnic rug on the beach and laid out all the outfits and things for the shoot. Maria helped guide the outfit changes and different poses for the shoot based on the mood board that we’d created together. I don’t usually like being in front of the camera but Maria made me feel super comfortable. It was fun, easy and felt so natural. We got our photos back quite quickly and we were so excited to look through them all. Maria nailed every single photo and we were so impressed by her ability to frame all the shots so perfectly. She is so talented! We picked a favourite, which was so hard to choose as there were so many good shots, and Maria had it printed on high quality paper for us to have framed.
